We may feel empowered by believing we've made choices based on our desires and identity, but in reality, most choices are limited by design. Overcoming Programmed Ideologies: Re-learning through Removing Using meditation, breathing techniques and cold showers i trained myself to be fully submerged in a frozen lake for 7 minutes. I have gone 7 days without any food and dead-lift more than twice my body weight through strength training. I believe the human body is capable of many amazing things that we have forgotten.
